- Welcoming guests and creating a fun atmosphere
- Operating arcade, axe throwing, and golf simulator areas
- Processing admissions and transactions
- Explaining games, attractions, memberships, and promotions
- Assisting with birthday parties, events, and group bookings
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Providing exceptional customer service
- • Must be at least 16 years of age
- • Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required
Key Holder / Team Lead
Ideal for individuals seeking increased responsibility and leadership opportunities.
- Opening and closing the facility
- Supporting training and onboarding of team members
- Assisting with daily operational oversight
- Handling guest concerns and service recovery situations
- Supporting cash handling and operational procedures
- Acting as a trusted support person for the Operations Manager
- • Must be at least 18 years of age
- • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred
Event Host
Ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.
- Preparing event spaces
- Hosting birthday parties and special events
- Serving as the primary point of contact during events
- Coordinating event timelines and activities
- Assisting guests throughout their event experience
- Completing event setup and cleanup
- • Ideally be at least 18 years of age
- • Previous event, hospitality, recreation, or customer service experience is considered an asset
